Special Comments on SCT's monthly chart stockcharts.com The point to note in this chart is that during the past five years, only 3 good times to buy SCT. One was the first quarter of year 2000, another was July 2006, and the third time is now. In all three occasions, SCT trades at an extremely over-sold state, as measured by RSI and % Williams. I have found that using these two measures in conjunction is particularly useful. pcyhuang
