Actually the stability of the US as a democracy depends on reasonably equal distribution of wealth just as it depends on reasonably equal distribution of votes. How people can think that wealth can be vastly unequal and voting can remain equal is beyond me. The qualitative statements are sort of meaningless. What is the mathematical distribution of wealth that ruins America? Give us at least a range. If you can't provide some numbers, what's the point of the conversation?
