Good questions Paper Prophet.

There is a lot of information in the 38 page Wall Street Resources guide located in the news section of USSEC’s site. The link is:

ussec.us

Regarding the biofuel, any confusion that exists is likely caused by several factors –

1. All investors have come in and different time points of entry, and have had different access to prioritized information for sharing. USSEC is moving so fast, that it is easy to forget what has been established as a foundation and what is being updated through their first time application. All of the answers to questions here exist.

2. The biofuel has shown so many positive properties that the company has best documented what they can, and involved independent groups and laboratories to validate their beliefs at every stage in their progression. There is no shortage of professional companies, mechanical engineers, government agencies, and business leaders now involved with USSEC due to the baseline properties it has already proven.

This has lead to constant refinement that has culminated in the finalization of itemized equipment requirements, process improvements, and the current active assembly of the first reactor tubes utilizing all the lessons learned and invaluable input over the last ten weeks. This is monumental, as even the basic properties of the current USSEC biofuel will be subject to excepted improvements, making clear communication of properties harder due to the rate of improvement an already great model is being subjected to.

3. This momentum was built on very simple principals that were all clearly and openly measured, recorded, shared, and established as a base for improvements. USSEC has excelled in ensuring that any key report, lab analysis, phase test, etc., has been more than accessible to anyone who is prepared to just visit their site.

The sheer amount of biofuel – regardless of its properties or claims – created from every bushel of soybean gives USSEC a supreme and competitive advantage over any other traditional biodiesel company on the market. John and management could decide to simply sell their biofuel product and make considerable income revenue gains that would propel them above any other biodiesel manufacturer in the industry.

The interesting part comes from the rest of it though: the documented heat value of the fuel – on par with petroleum diesel at 128,000 BTU, and well above gasoline. The cloud point and freeze point rates which are superior to even traditional diesel fuel (a major deterrent from the commercial use of biodiesel in cold weather conditions – forcing companies to adopt cycled patterns of use within fleets). The lower viscosity that traditionally makes biofuel and biodiesel near unusable in many engine and turbine applications, due to harmful gum residues. The non-corrosiveness of the USSEC fuel – a major problem for competitive fuels that require complete component change outs and/or replacements every four to six months.

4. USSEC has made the intelligent choice to apply their low cost energy source to applications (such as power plants and ethanol production), whereby their competitive advantage can be best leveraged to maximize the profit of their fuel units – well over and beyond the already lucrative position they can take by simply selling the fuel.

Our personal perspective is clear on USSEC: even in development preparing for market it can produce a superior fuel that has an unquenchable demand worldwide. Ironically, this is not even the main product of USSEC – it is an organic-based fertilizer and refined carbon product. Both of which have open markets for instant sales capability – and either of which either offset or pay completely for the entire process that subsequently makes their biofuel nearly subsidized to zero cost from day one.

A unique and singular position that USSEC now finds itself in, and as quickly and as competently as can be expected they are going through the processes in dozens of directions identifying and handling every aspect that needs to be addressed. To accompany that is a near unmanageable number of inbound contacts from companies and individuals who have the technical experience, application, and demand for what they believe USSEC can offer, who all want to capitalize on their discovery for cost savings and independent gain. USSEC has more paths to viability and market exploration than any enterprise I have ever witnessed, has communicated a small number of them as acquisition targets they believe in, and I for one am grateful that they take such a measured and thorough approach. John’s long term vision and identification of what will be needed to pre-allow for USSEC’s five year growth transitions are unmatched, and one of the key and vital foundations that USSEC will be built on.

On any given day, the answers to any of the negative statements, accusations, intelligent questions and deliberations are but one phone call away. This board has some great minds in it, and if anyone would like to be more active in helping to assess opportunities, collect market data, raise positive visibility, and enhance the future success of USSEC, please just drop us a line. I would invite anyone who is active to also refer to this link to answer future similar questions that this may address. If you are looking for more technical information on efficiencies, the refinement process, and the Rivera process itself, please do not hesitate to contact us direct for personal support.

Look for a shareholder update soon from John and Kelmer – both who are actively and tirelessly working full time at USSEC for the shareholders and investment community. I would invite any questions emailed to me that you would like to be submitted for potential inclusion and articulated response.
