I asked my wife(she's Danish) to comment on your description of pregnancy and birth. We have 3 children. I attended the last birth. Weights were between 3200 and 3400 grams. She described your description as "syge i hoved" which translates literally as sick in the head but really means more like "weird way of thinking about something". I'm used to talking about pregnancy and birth having lived in Denmark for 47 years so my experience(as far as talking about these things) is probably somewhat different from yours. If I got your hackles up because of my remarks on being civil it's because your message is too important to be drowned in potentially offending language.
