CLWT trades at a little higherxBV (around 3.6x)but the insiders hold > 65% with the F < 3M & it already closed its Nov 22 UG. It is up a moderate 10% with no further UG.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com It had some news on Dec. 27 when it announced that it had recently entered into a letter of intent to acquire a 20% equity interest in Blue Sky a provider of environmental protection services & treatment of waste gases from boilers and industrial furnaces of power plants, steel works and chemical plants.
