Hi Virgil, Well, you can't say they aren't trying. I still think they should get some intense training for their reps in the phsychology of selling. I really don't think they are able to comprehend that selling is as specialized a field as writing software and that you can say the same thing ten different ways buy only one of them will put money in the bank. The things that are wrong with Novell wouldn't be that hard to fix if they could just get past their blind spot in the marketing area. It really is hard for me to understand how a company could be in business as long as Novell and still have the whole concept of selling remain such a mystery. Regards, Don
