Help Please!

I'm looking for a low commission broker who does not require a lot of
(or any for that matter) equity to open an account.

My main interests are penny stocks--I bought my ADVR through Schwab, but
the commissions are too high--$55 minimum for any penny stock transaction.

I would appreciate any help.
