LIAR. Clinton was never offered Osama Bin Laden. The only reason CLinton didn't try to kill or arrest OBL a year earlier was that the FBI-CIA was still working on the case and hadn't proved he was responsible yet. As soon as CLinton got the evdience, he went after him immediately. Before that, the US didn't even know AL Qaida existed. We didn't ID them until about '97. The evidence wasn't in until '98. Then Clinton went in with all guns blazing. Just too bad he missed. Compare to Bush when in Feb. 2001 we finally got the proof OBL and AL Qaida were behind the USS Cole bombing. Bush did absolutely nothing. Not a thing. Nor did he make a single phonecall after being warned repeatedly about imminent Al Qaida attacks inside the US involving hijackings. Rice didn't lift a finger either. Some "security" advisor.
