Last I heard, the SEC has no plans on halting the stock as long as the company continues to cooperate and continues to supply them with information. In fact, for those that didn't know, the SEC is the one that asked the Sulja lawyers in Chicago to put out the PR that they put out today. This was one of the requirements that were needed for them to continue to trade. So far the company is OK with the SEC.

In addition, no Wells notice has been received by anyone at the company to date.

You might also ask who is STILL giving Airys418 information.

To All, I am writing this post to explain my feelings about the current situation. I am no longer going to be posting information I receive from the company because as the PR we got today stated, no shareholder should listen to anyone other than the company, the OSC or the lawyers for information. My posts would mean nothing and would only cause further attacks on me and the company.

I have always been honest in everything I have stated in my posts in the past. I'm sorry so many of you feel that I have mislead so many people when all I did was put my neck on the line for the shareholders in the name of truth for all. I do not feel that I have mislead anyone with what I have stated in the past because I only relayed the information I had received from Petar and others at the company.

I feel as bad as all of you because I am also at a huge loss and I am feeling the pain for my decisions. I still to this date have not sold out on my position and I still have my shares. I am not going to put the company in further trouble because by relaying any more info I may upset the lawyers that are representing the company and I don't want to cause them to drop Sulja as a result of the company's actions or mine. I know that the attorneys are working hard to defend their client and we have to respect their wishes because they know how to do the job better than any of us to defend them and get us out of this mess.

I am currently on good talking terms with the company and all involved because I am waiting to see how this plays out first. Although things don't look too pretty at the moment, I am confident that as things get verified and clarified, we will begin to hear news from the company and the OSC. I am truly sorry for disappointing so many of you. I really did give it my best shot ever. I can honestly tell you that I have lost plenty of sleep and have worried for what seems like forever about all involved as shareholders. I have a heart too and I can feel pain as you can. I only wanted to try to make things better for all by finding an avenue of communication with the company during a time when there was none.

I do feel that the PPS will increase once verification comes out. At least when the information does comes out we'll know it's legit and has been looked at closely by the big guys involved. The last time I spoke to the company, they were still getting new deals and were getting lots of new business. I can only assume that the Sulja operations will continue to operate as before and the company will still experience growth on it's own as it has for almost two decades. Nothing has changed with these operations to my knowledge and I do not expect them to change as a result of what has happened.

All we can do for the moment is hope and pray that things will improve from the levels that they are now and hope that by continued cooperation with the SEC the company will be allowed to trade in the US as it is now.

Yesterday I heard that the company is still going strong and that certain deals have been finally closed and completed per the company. I will wait for confirmation by the authorities involved of what those deals are. I do not know which deal(s) they are referring to but I can only hope it's the cement deal they recently announced or another deal. No details were given to me about it. Either way, everything will still have to come from the lawyers so do not believe anything I say until it is confirmed. I am not going to say any more at this time. Expect nothing from me from now on as I cannot put myself or the company in harms way. You all read the PR today and you know what it means. Enough damage has been done already and we all need is some time to heal our wounds and let the lawyers and the OSC do their investigation.

I will not give up in the pursuit of getting information. I am a shareholder in the company and I will not turn my back on my money. I will defend it to my limits.

If in fact it is proven in a court of law that the company deliberately stole our money and lied to my face, I will be right beside those who wish to take action against the company and I will assist in any way that I can. In the meantime, I will remain patient.

May God bless you all.

Peace,
Airys418
