Here in the Chicago to Milwaukee area the prices have dropped 5 to 7 cents, so there is a huge disconnect, which in simple terms means the public is getting jacked, again.
I heard an 'expert' on oil say on cnbc this week the reason retail gasoline prices are so high is there was some fog in Houston last week and that screwed up supplies.
He said this with a straight face!
