CNBC report on a just finished ML conference call to its worldwide sales force:

1) INTC - lower than expected earnings
2) PC Sector - still likes CPQ and DELL

We'll have to wait and see result on us ??

Could you kindly explain the following to me:

What or who is ML?
Has INTC made any announcement about not meeting the expected earning?
Has any analyst warned apout intc earnings or down graded the stock?
