Condi is ineffectual as a Sec of State. Which is such a surprise. Considering that her initial Bush job was tutoring some basic geography to an ignorant Texas, frat boy, governor, who had been designated by an equally ignorant GOP as their presidential nominee. Sorta like sticking Deborah Kerr's, Anna, from the King and I, into one of the most pivotal jobs in the world.
