HEr area of expertise is the Soviet Union............ Arab male behavior is more than a handful for an old maid like Condi!! ( forgive me for being catty but it's true). She hasn't got a clue. Intellectual fact absorption doesn't resonate into effective diplomacy. Her PhD in Soviet Affairs isn't going to help her one iota with those Middle Eastern men. I certainly believe in woman being equal in most everything but this is one area where we need to understand who we are dealing with and provide an ego shelter for these men..................the worse thing they can do is look like they "lowered" themselves in front of their peers. YEars ago I had my own personal "Iranian crisis" with my sister's boyfriend and his family so I am not speaking from a vacuum. Condi needs to go but I don't like Negroponte..............but I will tkae him over her for this particular set of diplomatic issues. :>)
