PS: For any company lurkers that may not understand what I'm getting at, what sounds better? Our product supports brand X (then go into a long dialog of the attributes of brand X while your voices tremble at the mere mention of the name of the terrible and malevolent software god). or...... Our product is platform independent and works well on other common operating systems. However, because of the performance and reliability of Net Ware we recommend using our operating system (then stress the benifit of the features where you know the competition is weak. Not mentioning the competition avoids clouding the issue for those that are already committed, and raises questions about the competitions ability to perform for those that are still shoping).
