William G.... funny you should mentioned WCOM.Several months ago I looked at WCOM and USLD as takeover candidates for after Telecom bill passage. I chose to go with USLD only because it was a much lower PE ratio. WCOM had a 6B market cap then (now about 7B) and I was concerned about anyone willing to pay the 10B or so it would take to offer a reasonable premium for the company. USLD has only few hunred million market cap and a LOW PE of 15 on 96 earnings. I think it is a sure fire takeover. Also have bought TLTK, subject of much SI discussion for same reason.ie a low (under 10) PE and likely takeover. Also funny about DIGI; it is going to be the stock I buy maybe next week. I'd like to pay in high $20s but it may not get that low. Another screaming low PE bargain. Any other sugesstions? We really do think alike. How about some nice biotechs too! best.........Bill
