The city of Mill Creek.........near Lynnwood. It is a real city now with a police dept, city hall modern malls etc. I got my app in after having to stop at Costco to get my pic taken....looks like a mug shot.....driving to the Sno Co Health Dept to get a copy of my Birth Certificate.....then to Mill Creek Police Dept to buy the darned thing. Grand total for my passport: $119.42 I can expect to get it, along with my Birth Certificate in the mail in approx 8 weeks. I thought I'd need it for coming back into the country when we go up to Canada in March, but you really only need one if you are going to fly in. We will probably be flying out of country in the next 10 yrs, so I went ahead and ordered it. If my BC doesn't get back to me before we leave, I'll just go get another one for that car trip.
