Jon, those electricity percentage declines are very substantial. I was at a luncheon presentation at the Federal Reserve Bank of Houston today. The event is run by the IAEE the International Association of Energy Economists. It seems as if a number of the folks I talked to were pretty surprised at the magnitude and decline of prices in the energy complex the past 2 weeks.
