NATO wants no part of Bush's selfish aggression. He is political poison. Almost every European leader who sided with Bush in 2002 has been voted out of power because of it, and Bush has proven he has no idea how to run our military and foreign policy. Not a single success in six years. Except for Exxon and Halliburton of course. Remember, after he was fiorst "elected" Bush went to Europe and totally dissed the European community. They all remember. They were all crushed that Kerry didn't become president. Kerry would have made a huge positive difference.
