I love where Bush says, "Where mistakes have been made, the responsibilty lies with me." It's like he's saying that OTHER guys may have made mistakes, but he's so magnanomous that he will take their mistakes as his own. The MORON President. He's so dumb he doesn't even realize he's dumb.
