Stan, and C2, let`s just agree to disagree. In my 33 years of trying complex cases, I have come to expect much more from sophisticated counsel than you two are willing to accept. Without having all the facts, and personally witnessing the exchange between Lee and the witness (or reading the transcript), as well as re-direct exam repair, I`m not willing to assume that Qualcomm`s chosen trial team is incompetent.
