I will give round #1 in this recovery to Cyber Media.....they finally started paying attention to those who register their software. Received an update offer on First Aid 98. This would be my 3rd upgrade on that product....QuarterDeck has never once offered me an upgrade....in the MAIL...some guy from QuarterDeck called here years ago trying to sell me something over the Phone...I don't buy over the Phone. I like to look at pictures and read the spiel.

So it's Cybermedia who is targeting my business, and getting it.
