Either way, the Democrats are going to look like the ones who are taking the gear and the equipment away from our soldiers. Not if they bring the troops home. He's right. They can't force him to bring the troops home...if they cut funds, bush has two recourses, 1) he re-directs $$ from elsewhere 2) he starves supplies. In either case he makes a public outcry, and when the mission fails as it will, he gets to blame it on the dems. The dems have no play, beyond a dis_play of disapproval.
