If the tax consequences aren't too bad, why not sell INTCW and use the proceeds to buy INTC common and a few LEAPS. The Jan 2000 LEAPS are so far out they seem to act more like warrents than options. A combination of the two can give you whatever leverage you want. Unfortunately you can't hold LEAPS in IRA accounts, but broker sccounts like e-schwab have such cheap commissions that trading costs are low enough not to be a significant factor anymore.
