I was referring to abortion and the use of the word murder in connection with abortion. I didn't feel it was necessary to write legal abortion in order to differentiate between someone stabbing his girlfriend's fetus(murder) and abortions performed under the law.

If you are saying that the 1500000 abortions performed in the US are all murder then it's your job to re define murder so that the definition conforms to your way of thinking and then get the courts and the legislature to accept that definition.

Until that happens abortions as performed under the law are not murder.
