I see you have RT level II JT!-What system are you using?I raised my offer to the ask but at the close was confirmed at the 1.125 price so it was cancelled!-Go LGND-I think your end of qtr window dressing theory sounds good. If correct we should see the funds start buying things like LGND now that the qtr. is over!
