You are absolutely right. Reyes, being the only Democrat in existence, has flip-flopped. It is totally impossible that he has learned something in the past month or so that caused him to change his opinion. Yes, the testimony of the commanders who stated that the "surge" would stretch their manpower even more than it already is has had no impact.

Which is not to say he isn't flip-flopping. But to claim that nothing has changed is misleading at best.
