LOL -- what a crock. There are many, many truly outstanding schools in America -- your ideological blinders are showing. School performance is about families -- there is a one to one relationship between quality and economics of the family and quality of the school. You won't find good schools in poor areas -- and you rarely find bad schools in prosperous areas.
