o know for sure Eagles wish they did not have this problem.
The next three years rides on this.
McNabb could well be not ready for first half of season next year.
What will he be like??
The bad knee is his plant leg--whew, that is bad.
We do not know if McNabb comes back, we do not know if he goes down again.
Garcia seems one these indestructible wiry body types that move like a waterbug on water.
He is playing equal to his 3 pro bowl years.
i think he has three years left at his present level.
When i compare him to Y.A.Title i am making a MAJOR COMPLIMENT.
Y.A was bald, wiry , ornery, smallish, super competitive who played i believe until 42.
ESPN on picking the 100 best sports photos of the 20th century, picked as The Number One best sports photo of the 20th century the picture of Y.A.Title on the very last play of his career.
It was picked as showing as never better an old warrior in his last battle.
It ran on the front page of Life magazine.
i hope you have seen, full sized---well i see Garcia as another Y.A. Title.
But i think Garcia can not do elsewhere what he is doing here, Garcia is PERFECT for the West Coast offense anmd he needs a first rate OL, and he has both with the Eagles.
This is one tough situation.
Biggest being the town now loves Garcia--so again McNabb is put under severe pressure to perform.
McNabb career seems "star-crossed".
But we need remember McNabb may be the richest active player in the NFL. I suspect he already has 100millon stashed away.
