That will nail cheney... I think it's vital to nail Cheney, just to get him to leave office. Right now Bush Jr. does not take Congress seriously because no matter what he does nobody is going to impeach him if Cheney is next in line. If Cheney has to quit, Bush Jr. just might wake up to reality. TP
