>>>this is also the end of the quarter.<<< Also think the deadline to get in on the lawsuit happened on Friday or Monday.

>>>I also think that there could be some
significance to the Kinnard meeting and the timing of the rumored news. It seems to me as if Ancor might want to talk a bit more openly with Kinnard about some of the things they have going on, but they might not be able to do that without putting out a press release<<<<

This makes pretty good sense. Facing the lawsuit during the last conference call, ANCR management came out very aggressive in the guidance they gave analysts and shareholders. It would make sense that ANCR had something new for Kinnard to want another meeting. However
a possibility is not getting the SUN contract which is not considered
to be news and not needing a press release. ANCR could be aggressively reinforcing the ANCR case given SUN may not happen.
On the other hand KL may be right on the money, that this is just a meeting to push ANCR to institutions.

JUST A LITTLE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE SPECULATION. Having bought more today, I certainly would love to time this particular buy right and see an ANCR contract in an hour or two. Just kidding!!!????.

After a month now still waiting to exhale.
