I think a lot of DVR's went through that drill last night. They make a VCR seem like a stone age tool. And no more flashing 8's ! My girlfriend works for Charter. They can't keep enough DVR's in stock to meet demand.Its been that way for quite a while already. They can't keep enough sales people in stock to sell all the new services either. She says a lot of people are just saying the hell with it and taking the whole Charter package for around $200/mo. Top cable tier with on demand movies and programming DVR rental High speed internet and now telephone with unlimited long distance $200/mo. is quite a recurring revenue stream to be going after.
