Clinton did a much better job against terrorists, at a tiny fraction of the cost. In fact, a chimpanzee would have done a better job than Bush. He literally let 9-11 happen by totally ignoring the many pre 9-11 warnings, then letting Osama Bin Laden go and starting a war with Iraq, which had almost nothing to do with terrorism. Our military and CIA are so bogged down in Iraq now they have scant resources left to fight the REAL war on terrorism, which is 90% outside of Iraq. Though admittedly Bush did invite some terrorists into Iraq, and they complied, killing our soldiers and creating chaos.
