Did not Neil Bush did the same thing Keating did? I believe the name of the financial institution was Dollar Savings and Loan. Papa Bush bailed out the S & L mess with taxpayers money to the tune of $ 500 billion. Neil got only a slap on his fist. Neil was then involved with a business opportunity that took him to Hong Kong. In that city a hooker came to his hotel room where Neil had sex with her, and then refused to pay. Neil said it was consensual. Imagine a son of Barbara Bush did not even want to pay a hooker ... Maybe she was a single mother with two kids trying to put food on the table, which George said was the toughest job in America.
