Lee and Vic,

I have contended that DROMs weakness over the past few months has been the direct result of restricted cash flow. They were crippled with their hands tied in being able to go forward with placement of kiosks.

Now, they have received $10 million in legitimate financing, with a credit line of $33 million. This gives them the go a head to pursue new contracts, and act upon those that they have already secured.

I feel that this represents more than just a short term trading situation. My philosophy is always to buy into a core position, and then use any surplus shares as trading vehicles to help reduce my cores average cost.

But, to this regard, I feel that DROM now has the infrastructure and business plan in place to meet all my original expectations in the burgeoning kiosk business.

I think you will find an ongoing stream of new applications that DROM will exploit in the near future, with emphasis on sports and medicine.
