This is totally false statement. As a tax preparer only about 3% of clients are effected by AMT.
i am glad you are not my tax preparer. look at the chart on page 3 of this PDF. AMT will capture almost everybody between 200K-500K, and then almost everybody 100K-200K, just like i said. unlike your flip "totally false statement" assessment. see this file: taxreformpanel.gov
