ipic holding up (strange IMO) the cross indemnification: i was mainly referring to the design thing but legally this might not refer to the case ; I can't be sure. since I am not a lawyer. Manufacturing error is obvious; design error implies something else. either way if IPIC shares AHP's potential burden as well as it's own it can only spell trouble. Like the article said AHP has deep pockets, IPIC is not in the same class. -paul
