Mohammed was 2500 years ago. Who cares? That's like waging war against Neptune or Apollo. What, are you insane? Bush got us in the middle of an ancient feud between Arab sects. Sunni vs. Shia. This should have been predictable but Bush never read any history lessons. This feud will not be settled now or anytime soon despite whatever Bush does to our troops. Only a strongman like Saddam willing to crack 100,000 heads can keep order in that crazy country. We actually need a new Saddam, juist a friendlier one. Any suggestions? Maybe bribe Al Sadr a billion bucks and buy his loyalty. Only trouble is we can't buy everyone. And we can't kill them either. In fact, we're spent. Our military needs a long break.
