You have underscored the exact right point. What lawyer would risk their entire future on removing documents from the National Archives unless the information contained was much more damning than another babe's telephone number? He was guilty of acts of sedition and could be shot.

Hillary sure kicked into high gear to protect him. This is opposite of the first hundred people to become politically inconvenient. Berger must know where the bodies are, and have informed the junior Senator from New York that he had left instructions to publish the information if he were to be subject to foul play.
