Why is there no competition for SYSF? Does that not make their entire business suspect? If 'call avoidance' is such a huge necessity then why has the issue been largely ignored until now? Also, will companies that use 'call avoidance' have their bottom line enhanced or will they lose customers to companies who still think it better to have a human technical support first line? These questions, to me, point out just a few of the potential weaknesses in SYSF's future. At a PE of about 130, SYSF will have to do much much better than double earnings for FY '97. And after that they will have to keep doing it. I may lose on my short in SYSF but my outlook for them remains unchanged. Jim
