So far, we have a theory that there is a problem, but we don't have evidence of an actual problem. After we have evidence of a problem, then we would need acknowledgement.

Despite enormous production and burning of fossil carbon, we have succeeded in raising the CO2 content of the atmosphere by only about 30%, but have not succeeded in raising temperatures significantly [or perhaps at all - the tiny increase might be for other reasons and not due to our puny efforts].

Why launch sun shades into polar orbit? An easier reflection method would be to cover huge portions of desert with aluminium foil.
