genizon.com Venture fund investors list: genizon.com +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Pfizer, Genizon BioSciences In License, Discovery Pact DOW JONES NEWSWIRES Pfizer Inc. (PFE) signed a license and collaboration agreement with Genizon BioSciences for diagnostic rights to Genizon's discovery programs in Alzheimer's disease, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and endometriosis. Genizon, a Quebec, Canada, gene mapping company, said Tuesday it will retain therapeutic rights. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Pfizer, a New York pharmaceutical company, agreed to pay Genizon upfront license fees and funding for research on genetic variations associated with diseases. Pfizer will also buy an equity stake in Genizon, the Canadian company said.
