In a trial about taxes, the 1040 is the first evidence introduced.

Some say that the loss of the fifth is implied by the 16th.

When it comes to the bill of rights, it'd better be more than implied.

The sixteenth does not say anything like "citizens will no longer have fifth amendment rights with respect to taxes."
