"nuance"

Taxes moved Walmart and Best buy a few years ago.

A few years ago, Sherwood, Arkansas decided to raise city taxes. Walmart and Bestbuy closed and opened new stores two miles down the freeway in North Little Rock.

Now North LIttle Rock has a mayor everyone calls "Admiral Hayes". He wasted money buying and moving a WWII submarine from Turkey. Now he's raised taxes to build a minor league baseball field.

Walmart has now announced they are building a new store back in Sherwood.

Gander Mountain picked up the old Sherwood Walmart building.

And of course the democrats who decided to raise the luxury tax were laughed at when revenues dropped 97 million the first year from their projections and yacht sales dropped 77%.
