Newly elected Virginia Sen. Jim Webb — an early opponent of the Iraq war, a critic of President Bush’s current proposal to increase troop strength there, and a vocal advocate of economic populism — will deliver the Democratic Party’s response to Bush’s State of the Union address on Jan. 23. wow, that will be great. He's a tough nut, this is going to be good.
