Sorry I can't post this story as I have it only in paper form, but the internal death watch on Ahmedinejad's time in power in Iran took another major step yesterday. With the blessing of the religious authorities, more than 150 parliamentarians, including a majority of his former supporters, signed a letter blaming Ahmedinejad for raging inflation and high unemployment. This confirms Ahmedinejad is virtually spent as a political force in Iran, unless the US or Israel attack and prompt the populace to rally around him again. This is a huge story in my opinion, and I can't believe it hasn't received wide coverage. Although I am not partial to conspiracy theories, I can't help but think this is because the story does not support certain political and media agendas. LC
