I can speak for myself, you speak for yourself. If you think Iraq will look like a pre-9/11 Afghanistan if the USA departs, just say so. I don't think that, so don't tell me what I think.

The problem is that the same old wishful thinking returns. It's the "Las Vegas" argument: Whatever happens in the Middle East stays in the Middle East.

We still buy their oil and support Israel. It's no wonder many people think we can and should cut our oil consumption by 50%, and that some people think we ought to abandon Israel.

Again, you haven't said what you think about anything in those comments, so I don't know what to say to you. Why don't you just express yourself in clear simple sentences?
