I guess, Mark, the "implied" message from the CEO was that he thought a good announcement would move the price "immediately", but it didn't, as he considered the announcements as heavily impacting RSYS bottom line in the near future. However, with no news coming out, the stock price appeared to start moving on its own. Many CEOs say they don't understand what moves a stock price, although some of this is tounge in cheek.
