As a day trader and having access to Instinet (an institutional trading system) I know for a fact that CAML did not trade in after hours on friday in fact the last trade that went of on Instinet was 4000 shares @ 8 right before the trading halt CAML has not traded since then.

Also the filing of on S3 is not going to cause a trading halt. Companies file S3 all the time and it does not halt there trading. The S8 they filed have to do with over seas private placements of stock (which is not a good sign for the stock because the are usally sold at steep discounts ) If you check out Bloomberg or Dow Jones News you will see that NASDAQ has required additional information from the comany which the apparantly they are not forthcoming in providing to NASDAQ. So the question is what are they trying to hide?
