Here is a short bio on Google that I found on Dr. Joseph Riemer, the new cheif engineer hired by SOTK. Excellent background includes education at MIT and Technion and corporate experience with Pfizer: Dr. Joseph Riemer received his Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and his BS in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from Technion, Israel. Dr. Riemer has 25 years of experience in the food industry, specializing in Operations Management, R&D, Technology Transfer and Management Consulting. Dr. Riemer has served as Director of Global Operations Development at Adams Confectionery Division of Pfizer.
