A "guerilla" outfit that depends not on the local population for its sustenance, but instead on air-dropped supplies is nothing but a bunch of stray dogs.

In fact, it is probably far worse than that. Stray dogs don't get any help but at least they can manage on their own, unlike your fleeing Brits who need even the toilet paper to be air-dropped.
